Recent Gifts
During the summer and fall of 2011, PBU received a number of significant gifts from donors for funds and facilities at the University.
For the Science Labs, a gift of $15,000 was received from the Chatlos Foundation and a gift of $10,000 was received from the Clemens Family Corporation.
For scholarships, The Christian L. Weber Fund, Philadelphia Foundation, gave a gift of $4,321.50 to the PBU Scholarship Fund, and the W. W. Smith Charitable Trust gave $35,000 for scholarships.
Phonathon
In the fall of 2011, students once again participated in the annual Phonathon. Student callers began connecting with alumni and friends of the University at the beginning of October. Our callers are encouraged not only by gifts made to the PBU Scholarship Fund, but also by the conversations they have. The Phonathon continued through mid-November 2011 and will begin again in early 2012.
