The Students of Color Resource Center was established for the purpose of providing support and encouragement to students of color through a dedicated staff member who facilitates conversations, answers questions, and cultivates connections with alumni and others for both personal and professional mentorship and networking. Vincent Culpepper, head coach for the men’s lacrosse team, is leading this effort with the counsel and support of the University’s Diversity Committee and under the direction of Luke Gibson, director of the Pathway Center.
